Value for money but not quite 4*

The rooms were lovely size and modern.. The water park was incredible for my little one. Both the lifeguards were the best members of staff there. My little boy is autistic and they were so accommodating to his needs and really friendly lads. An asset to the hotel. The hotel itself is very quiet which was lovely.

The rooms were not very clean, huge ant problem but when I asked for something to be done, the initial receptionist(not the English lady.. She was lovely) Couldn't care less and never sent anyone. All of us were covered in bites and my sons bed was unable to be slept in, despite paying for a family room.. Absolutely filled with red ants. The breakfast is not that of a 4* hotel either.

very polite staff, good breakfast, quite place suitable for families walking distance from the beach, supermarket, restaurants etc.

there was a coffee and tea station in the room but no kettle! i asked repeatedly (5 Times at a two days of stay) for one since had a newborn baby with me but never got one. Also during my booking i asked for a baby cot and when i got there there wasn't one and i have to ask it again although i received an email confirming my request.

Comfortable room, very good location but in need of better staff training

The room was very spacious, and modern (we stayed in the Hotel wing on the third floor with a view of the sea) with a big bed, plenty of space for our luggage and a spacious bathroom. Fridge was also nice to have to put bottles of water in to be cold at all times. Aircondition was working just fine. Very good location not in the center of the bustling Ayia Napa nightlife but within walking distance (5-10 minutes) which meant not to noisy

Upon arriving in the bedroom there were two large towels on the bed. When we opened one there was a big black stain. Also in the shower drain a bundle of large hairs. Housekeeping also seemed to have used too much floor detergent in the mop the nice marble floor had soap residue marks. I went down to reception and asked them to send someone up to clean the bathroom better and replace the one set of towels. Within 5-10 minutes came cleaned the bathroom well, but no replacement towel. We discovered the room had bathroom robes which were fine to use. The next day at reception mentioned this that no new towel was bought and they thought housekeeping haed bought it (my mistake settled with the robes). They sent housekeeping up the same day but bought us 3 small towels (just gave up and used the robe for the rest of the stay). In all above I would blame lack of training/attention to details on staff. Also some parts of the hotel seem unfinished but didn't really affect us.

The rooms are nice, but the facilities, staff training and service need to improve.

We had the King suite with the swim up pool (even though we originally booked one with sea view, this one was very nice, I would definitely recommend it. + Swim up pool +New furniture +Good looking modern room and building

- Through out ALL of our stay there was NO HOT WATER! We complained over 10 times, but were either told will be fixed soon, and it was not, or told that it’s the whole hotel issue (how is this even possible for 3 days) or just lied that it’s fixed - The cleaning didn’t come once through the whole 3 days, we asked at reception several times, called several times , and even told to a cleaner in person that our room has to be cleaned , but were ignored. No clean towels given,nothing. - The Hotel parking for people is always full, and people on rented ATV’s and buggies tend to scratch the cars due to inexperience, we were at least let to the staff parking which is much more secure. - Breakfast is not terrible but definitely could be better.

-Huge pool -in walking distance from the city center and the local bars/restaurants

-the beach in front of the hotel is not that good and you have to drive for 5 minutes to go to a decent beach -too expensive during the high season

My kids liked the room, felt comfy for them and liked that was opposite the pool. This all make them happy and me too. Some of the stuff was helpful.

The organization for the room. Not ready and all the planning wasnt satisfying. It wasnt cleaned after the job was done and they left all there on the floor. They couldnt make an immediate call after complaining.

Amazing location and amenities! I had a sea view room and my view was spectacular. The room was clean and spacious, room

The hotel is clean and in a great location, it has 3 public pools and a private pool for the special suites. There are two bars outside and a gorgeous outside and inside seating area for food and drinks. There is also a fun mini waterpark perfect for children and adults.

The bar service outside seemed a little slow with little to no staff, and the pool showers and toilets were neglected and very dirty.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel I have EVER stayed at.

The location is good, a short walk from the shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.

The hotel description states that it has many facilities available which it DOES NOT. A few of the pictures shown aren’t of this hotel and the others are not reflective of the hotel in person. There is none of the following; Tennis court, table tennis, waterpark, kids club, kids playground, evening entertainment, baby-sitting/child services, snack bar, bar, tour desk, & it is not beachfront. When I questioned the manager about all the facilities he said that this must be an old description. There was 2 flumes which were closed and barricaded off. We stayed in July 2023 with 5 adults over 2 rooms.We cut our stay short by 9 nights,the Manager was informed of this and stated we would receive a refund through Booking.com but never did.After leaving the hotel,they ignored all our emails regarding a refund from us directly & from booking.com for weeks which resulted in booking.com refunding us the money. From our arrival,the reception staff were not welcoming & looked unhappy. The property was filthy.The rooms smelt bad as did the linen,we had no bin, the table was all rusty and broken and they hadn’t cleaned it before putting it in our room, the curtains had rips in them.There was 2 chairs cups for 3 people.The shower leaked everywhere. There was bed bugs- 3 of us had big red bites all over our bodies.We complained and were moved rooms to a room that wasn’t much better but didn’t have bed bugs. There was no entertainment,no bar to get a drink. The reception said we could go outside and get food and drinks despite it being advertised they had these facilities.The bar we were told would open the next day… 3 days later it was still closed.The restaurant was buffet only, no menu choices. The space between our balcony and the beach (a few minute walk away) looked like a building site. We went days without our room being cleaned or fresh towels.We had to ask reception to have our room cleaned.Cleaners left doors wide open after cleaning several times.

Beachfront not good for swimming = rocky Check out is 12 noon. 11 o'clock knocked on the door to ask us to check out. We booked for pool view and gave us no view at all. English breakfast = 1 half tomato, 1 slice bacon 1 egg and this cost 12.50 euros per person. ⁸
