-Huge pool -in walking distance from the city center and the local bars/restaurants

-the beach in front of the hotel is not that good and you have to drive for 5 minutes to go to a decent beach -too expensive during the high season

My kids liked the room, felt comfy for them and liked that was opposite the pool. This all make them happy and me too. Some of the stuff was helpful.

The organization for the room. Not ready and all the planning wasnt satisfying. It wasnt cleaned after the job was done and they left all there on the floor. They couldnt make an immediate call after complaining.

Amazing location and amenities! I had a sea view room and my view was spectacular. The room was clean and spacious, room

The hotel is clean and in a great location, it has 3 public pools and a private pool for the special suites. There are two bars outside and a gorgeous outside and inside seating area for food and drinks. There is also a fun mini waterpark perfect for children and adults.

The bar service outside seemed a little slow with little to no staff, and the pool showers and toilets were neglected and very dirty.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel I have EVER stayed at.

The location is good, a short walk from the shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.

The hotel description states that it has many facilities available which it DOES NOT. A few of the pictures shown aren’t of this hotel and the others are not reflective of the hotel in person. There is none of the following; Tennis court, table tennis, waterpark, kids club, kids playground, evening entertainment, baby-sitting/child services, snack bar, bar, tour desk, & it is not beachfront. When I questioned the manager about all the facilities he said that this must be an old description. There was 2 flumes which were closed and barricaded off. We stayed in July 2023 with 5 adults over 2 rooms.We cut our stay short by 9 nights,the Manager was informed of this and stated we would receive a refund through Booking.com but never did.After leaving the hotel,they ignored all our emails regarding a refund from us directly & from booking.com for weeks which resulted in booking.com refunding us the money. From our arrival,the reception staff were not welcoming & looked unhappy. The property was filthy.The rooms smelt bad as did the linen,we had no bin, the table was all rusty and broken and they hadn’t cleaned it before putting it in our room, the curtains had rips in them.There was 2 chairs cups for 3 people.The shower leaked everywhere. There was bed bugs- 3 of us had big red bites all over our bodies.We complained and were moved rooms to a room that wasn’t much better but didn’t have bed bugs. There was no entertainment,no bar to get a drink. The reception said we could go outside and get food and drinks despite it being advertised they had these facilities.The bar we were told would open the next day… 3 days later it was still closed.The restaurant was buffet only, no menu choices. The space between our balcony and the beach (a few minute walk away) looked like a building site. We went days without our room being cleaned or fresh towels.We had to ask reception to have our room cleaned.Cleaners left doors wide open after cleaning several times.

Beachfront not good for swimming = rocky Check out is 12 noon. 11 o'clock knocked on the door to ask us to check out. We booked for pool view and gave us no view at all. English breakfast = 1 half tomato, 1 slice bacon 1 egg and this cost 12.50 euros per person. ⁸

Worst hotel ever

First of all we booked sea view family room and the room we received didn’t look nothing like the one in photos. We didn’t get sea view even if we asked for it and paid for it! Staff in reception were super rude and didn’t make us feel welcomed at all. Room didn’t have any rubbish bin, curtains were super dirty and nobody came to clean or change our towels during our 3night stay! Breakfast was horrible! They had only very poor english breakfast available.. when i asked for some cucumber I received answer that they don’t have any veggies available.. imagine, 4 star hotel service.. these are only few our main problems we faced.. don’t recommend it at all..

We had a lovely stay and staff very helpful.

I liked the Hotel and its surroundings.

They need to improve service. Staff are friendly especially the General Manager and Maria (the night receptionist) but they need to improve the hospitality service offered by the morning reception staff. They also need to employ more housekeeping staff and improve the services as sometimes we had to ask for the room to be cleaned or to bring new towels. They immediately bought us the things we asked. The rooms were lovely and brand new but yet things needed to be sat example hot water and internet. They had no b'fast (due to refurbishing) thus we went to the next door hotel which was very good. Even though we booked a week before and the hotel is refurbishing and it's very nice, I feel that our stay was a little bit expensive compared to the overall package. Once things settle down, this hotel would be wonderful to revisit.

High quality Hotel 5 star level. Staff very professional, friendly and very helpful. The rooms very clean, comfortable and at a high standard. Location is brilliant right in the heart of town and on the beach!

A total waste of money

Nothing to be honest.

We witnessed an awful fist fight from staff with guest. Management & staff rude! Sofa beds like wood. Dirty rooms. Litter everywhere, misleading and untrue services and facilities! We left a day early it was that bad.

Worst experience ever

Location and pool area nice.

Hotel not complete and the room was not yet finished. There was no TV and no Fridge. When we complained they bought in a dirty fridge and we had to ask for them to clean it. The shower flooded and we had to mop up with towels to stop the water from going into the rest of the room. Again we had to ask for the hotel staff to come and clean up. The owner of the hotel said we were unreasonable and that we shouldnt expect more for €186 a night. He wS the rudest person I have ever met. The room was unfinished, dirty with no TV and no furniture on the balcony. There was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
